Tex. Health & Safety Code Section 366.056
Approval of On-site Sewage Disposal System

(a)

The commission or authorized agent may approve or disapprove the on-site sewage disposal system depending on the results of the inspections under Section 366.055 (Inspections).

(b)

If a system is not approved under this section, the on-site sewage disposal system may not be used until all deficiencies are corrected and the system is reinspected and approved by the commission or authorized agent.
