Tex. Health & Safety Code Section 117.002
Application of Sunset Act

The Public Health Funding and Policy Committee is subject to Chapter 325 (Sunset Law), Government Code (Texas Sunset Act). Unless continued in existence as provided by that chapter, the committee is abolished and this chapter expires September 1, 2027.
