Tex. Health & Safety Code Section 142.026
Fees for Issuance and Renewal of Home Health Medication Aide Permit

(a)

The executive commissioner by rule shall set the fees in amounts reasonable and necessary to recover the amount projected by the department as required to administer its functions under this subchapter. The fees may not exceed:

(1)

$25 for a combined permit application and examination fee; and

(2)

$15 for a renewal permit application fee.

(b)

Fees received under this section may only be appropriated to the department to administer this subchapter.
