Tex. Gov't Code Section 840.007
Report

Annually, the retirement system shall publish a report containing the following information:

(1)

the retirement system’s fiscal transactions of the preceding fiscal year;

(2)

the amount of the system’s accumulated cash and securities; and

(3)

the balance sheet showing the financial condition of the system for the preceding fiscal year.
