Tex. Gov't Code Section 821.102
Penalties


(a)

An offense under Section 821.101 (Conversion of Funds; Fraud)(a) or 821.101 (Conversion of Funds; Fraud)(b) is a felony punishable by imprisonment in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for not less than one nor more than five years.

(b)

An offense under Section 821.101 (Conversion of Funds; Fraud)(c) is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500.

(c)

An offense under Section 821.101 (Conversion of Funds; Fraud)(d) is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $1,000.
