Tex. Gov't Code Section 811.007
Immunity from Liability


The board of trustees, executive director, members of an advisory committee appointed by the board of trustees, and employees of the retirement system are not liable for any action taken or omission made or suffered by them in good faith in the performance of any duty in connection with any program or system administered by the retirement system.
