Tex. Gov't Code Section 801.203
Reports to Legislature and Governor


(a)

The board shall present to the legislature and the governor, in November of each even-numbered year, a public report explaining the work and findings of the board during the preceding two-year period and including drafts or recommendations of any legislation relating to public retirement systems that the board finds advisable.
