Rulemaking
(a)
The board shall adopt rules for the conduct of its business.(b)
For the purpose of performing its duties under Section 801.202 (General Duties)(1) or (2), the board by rule may require clarification of information provided by a public retirement system in a report that is required by law and is required to be filed with the board. A rule adopted under this subsection may not be enforced against a public retirement system if compliance with the rule would cause the system to incur a major expense.(c)
The board by rule shall:(1)
adopt a brief standard form that will assist the board in efficiently determining the actuarial soundness and current financial condition of a public retirement system; and(2)
require that a retirement system submitting information required for the review or study described under Section 801.202 (General Duties)(1) or (2) include the form with the submission.
