Tex. Gov't Code Section 75.503
Appointment and Duties of Court Administrator


(a)

The court administrator is appointed by and serves at the pleasure of the judges of the courts subject to this subchapter.

(b)

The courts shall designate by rule the duties of the court administrator.

(c)

To promote uniform and efficient administration of justice, the court administrator shall cooperate with administrative judges and state agencies with duties relating to the operation of the courts.
