Tex. Gov't Code Section 656.045
Required Attendance at Program


A state agency may require an administrator or employee of the agency to attend, as all or part of the administrator’s or employee’s duties, a training or education program if the training or education is related to the administrator’s or employee’s duties or prospective duties.
