Tex. Gov't Code Section 550.0059
Texas Nonprofit Council Biennial Report

(a)

The council shall prepare a biennial report detailing the council’s work. The report must include any recommendations relating to legislation necessary to address an issue identified under Section 550.0058 (Duties of Texas Nonprofit Council).

(b)

Not later than December 1 of each even-numbered year, the council shall present the report to:

(1)

the House Committee on Human Services or its successor;

(2)

the House Committee on Public Health or its successor; and

(3)

the Senate Health and Human Services Committee or its successor.
