Requirements for Attorney General Notification

The commission’s notification to the attorney general under Section 526.0252 (Notice of Failure to Report; Administrative Penalty) or 526.0253 (Notice of Incomplete or Inaccurate Report; Administrative Penalty) must include the facts on which the commission based the determination that the hospital failed to submit a report or failed to completely and accurately report information, as applicable.
