Powers and Duties Relating to Health and Human Services Administration

The commission and the executive commissioner have all the powers and duties necessary to administer Chapter 531 (Health and Human Services Commission) and revised provisions derived from Chapter 531 (Health and Human Services Commission), as that chapter existed March 31, 2025.
