Tex. Gov't Code Section 524.0052
Evaluation of Agency Commissioner

Based on the performance objectives outlined in the memorandum of understanding entered into under Section 524.0101 (Memorandum of Understanding Between Executive Commissioner and Health and Human Services Agency Commissioner)(a), the executive commissioner shall perform an employment evaluation of each health and human services agency commissioner. The executive commissioner shall submit the evaluation to the governor not later than January 1 of each even-numbered year.
