Tex. Gov't Code Section 490A.001
Definitions

In this chapter:

(1)

“Entrepreneur participant” means an individual who has a business or an idea for a business and registers with the network.

(2)

“Fund” means the Texas Entrepreneurship Network fund.

(3)

“Network” means the Texas Entrepreneurship Network.
