Rules for Grant Award Procedure

(a)

The board shall adopt rules regarding the procedure for awarding grants to an applicant under this chapter, including a procedure for the Texas Aerospace Research and Space Economy Consortium to make recommendations to the board for grant awards.

(b)

The board may not award a grant to an applicant who has made a gift or grant to the commission or a nonprofit organization established to provide support to the commission.
