Tex. Gov't Code Section 478.0108
Distribution and Publication of Plan to Prevent Trafficking of Persons in Connection with Event

The office of the attorney general may:

(1)

distribute the plan required by Section 478.0051 (Events Eligible for Funding)(b)(5) to appropriate law enforcement agencies and the office of the governor; and

(2)

publish the plan on the Internet website of the office of the attorney general.
