Definitions

In this chapter:

(1)

“Endorsing municipality” means a municipality that authorizes a bid by a local organizing committee for selection of the municipality as the site of the games.

(2)

“Games” means the Pan American Games.

(3)

“Site selection organization” means:

(A)

the Pan American Sports Organization; or

(B)

the United States Olympic Committee.

(4)

“Trust fund” means the Pan American Games trust fund established by this chapter.
