Tex. Gov't Code Section 472.106
General Powers of All Agencies


In addition to the powers enumerated in each agency’s enabling legislation, each agency shall have the powers described in Sections 472.107 (Ability to Contract) through 472.110 (Fees and Disposition of Funds).
