Tex. Gov't Code Section 472.101
General Duties of All Agencies

In addition to the duties enumerated in the enabling legislation specifically applicable to each agency, each agency shall have the duties prescribed by Sections 472.102 (Budget) through 472.105 (Disposition of Fees Collected).
