Tex. Gov't Code Section 44.255
Mclennan County


(a)

The criminal district attorney of McLennan County has all the powers, duties, and privileges in McLennan County that are conferred by law on county and district attorneys.

(b)

The criminal district attorney shall collect the fees provided by law for similar services rendered by a district or county attorney.
