Tex. Gov't Code Section 434.002
Application of Sunset, Open Meetings, and Administrative Procedure Laws

(a)

The Texas Veterans Commission is subject to Chapter 325 (Texas Sunset Act). Unless continued in existence as provided by that chapter, the commission is abolished September 1, 2031.

(b)

The commission is subject to Chapter 551 (Open Meetings), and Chapter 2001 (Administrative Procedure).
