Tex. Gov't Code Section 421.023
Administration


(a)

The council is an advisory entity administered by the office of the governor.

(b)

The governor may adopt rules as necessary for the operation of the council.

(c)

The governor shall designate the presiding officer of the council.

(d)

The council shall meet at the call of the governor and shall meet at least once each quarter in a calendar year.

(e)

The council is not subject to Chapter 2110 (State Agency Advisory Committees).
