Tex. Gov't Code Section 3105.002
Definitions

In this chapter:

(1)

“Board” means the State Preservation Board.

(2)

“Commission” means the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement.

(2-a)

“Committee” means the Texas Peace Officers’ Memorial Ceremony Committee.

(3)

“Monument” means the Texas Peace Officers’ Memorial Monument.
