Tex. Gov't Code Section 305.008
Termination Notice

(a)

A person who ceases to engage in activities requiring registration under this chapter shall file a written, verified statement with the commission acknowledging the termination of activities. The notice is effective immediately.

(b)

A person who files a notice of termination under this section must file the reports required by Section 305.006 (Activities Report) for any reporting period during which the person was registered.
