Tex. Gov't Code Section 305.007
Filing Dates for Supplemental Reports

(a)

The registrant must file the report required by Section 305.006 (Activities Report) between the 1st and 10th day of each month. Subject to Section 305.0071 (Inclusion of Expenditure in Report), the report must cover the activities occurring during the previous month.

(b)

A person who made expenditures on the registrant’s behalf that are required to be reported under Section 305.006 (Activities Report) or a person who has other information that is required to be reported by the registrant under this chapter shall provide a full, verified account of the expenditures to the registrant not later than the seventh day before the date on which the registrant’s report is due.
