Political Subdivision: Contract as Public Information

A contingent fee contract approved under Section 2254.1036 (Political Subdivision: Contract Notice; Approval by Governing Body) is public information under Chapter 552 (Public Information) and may not be withheld from a requestor under Section 552.103 (Exception: Litigation or Settlement Negotiations Involving the State or a Political Subdivision) or any other exception from required disclosure.
