Tex. Gov't Code Section 2205.043
Aircraft Marking


(a)

Each aircraft owned or leased by the state, other than an aircraft used for law enforcement purposes, shall be marked:

(1)

with the state seal on each side of the aircraft’s vertical stabilizer; and

(2)

with the words “The State of Texas” on each side of the aircraft’s fuselage.

(b)

The department shall adopt rules, consistent with federal regulations and Section 3101.001 (State Seal), governing the color, size, and location of marks of identification required by this section.
