Tex. Gov't Code Section 2204.702
Conveyance of Land to United States

On demand from the United States, the governor shall convey to the United States the area described by Section 2204.701 (Grant of Easement to United States) for a purpose described by Section 2204.701 (Grant of Easement to United States).
