Tex. Gov't Code Section 2175.365
State Plan of Operation; Compliance with Minimum Federal Standards

The commission shall:

(1)

file a state plan of operation that complies with federal law and operate in accordance with the plan;

(2)

take necessary action to meet the minimum standards for a state agency in accordance with the federal act; and

(3)

cooperate to the fullest extent consistent with this subchapter.
