Preapproved Term or Condition Part of Contract; Change of Term or Condition

(a)

Preapproved terms and conditions must be part of any contract between a state agency and a vendor that has agreed to them.

(b)

A preapproved term or condition that is changed remains valid for an existing contract of which it is part but must be renegotiated before it may be part of another or a renewed contract.
