Tex. Gov't Code Section 2152.061
Public Access


(a)

The commission shall prepare and maintain a written plan that describes how an individual who does not speak English can be provided reasonable access to the commission’s programs.

(b)

The commission shall develop and implement policies that provide the public with a reasonable opportunity to appear before the commission and to speak on any issue under the commission’s jurisdiction.

(c)

The commission shall comply with federal and state laws for program and facility accessibility.
