Tex. Gov't Code Section 2105.151
Right to Request Hearing on Denial of Services or Benefits


Except as provided by Section 2001.223 (Exceptions from Declaratory Judgment, Court Enforcement, and Contested Case Provisions)(1), an affected person who alleges that a provider or an agency has denied all or part of a service or benefit funded by block grant funds in a manner that is unjust, discriminatory, or without reasonable basis in law or fact may request an administrative hearing under Chapter 2001 (Administrative Procedure).
