Confidentiality of Data Base


(a)

The data base for the administrative code is exempt from disclosure under Chapter 552 (Public Information).

(b)

In this section, “data base” means the machine-readable form of the material prepared for and used in the publication of the administrative code and includes:

(1)

indexes;

(2)

annotations;

(3)

tables of contents;

(4)

tables of authority;

(5)

cross-references;

(6)

compiled rules; and

(7)

other unique material.
