Tex. Gov't Code Section 2002.054
Evidentiary Value of Administrative Code


State agency rules published in the administrative code, as approved by the secretary of state and as amended by documents later filed with the office of the secretary:

(1)

are to be judicially noticed; and

(2)

are prima facie evidence of the text of the rules and of the fact that they are in effect on and after the date of the notation.
