Tex. Gov't Code Section 155.104
Information from Private Professional Guardians


In addition to the information submitted under Section 1104.306 (Use of Names and Business Addresses), Estates Code, the director may require a private professional guardian or a person who represents or plans to represent the interests of a ward as a guardian on behalf of the private professional guardian to submit information considered necessary to monitor the person’s compliance with the applicable standards adopted under Section 155.101 (Standards for Certain Guardianships and Alternatives to Guardianship) or with the certification requirements of Section 155.102 (Certification Required for Certain Guardians).
