Tex. Gov't Code Section 154.104
Certification to Supreme Court


(a)

The commission shall certify to the supreme court the name of each qualified applicant for certification under Section 154.101 (Certification of Reporters) who has passed the examination.

(b)

The commission shall certify to the supreme court the name of each applicant who meets the qualifications for certification as:

(1)

an apprentice court reporter; or

(2)

a provisional court reporter.
