Tex. Gov't Code Section 153.005
Injunction


(a)

The commission may apply to a district court in any county for an injunction to restrain a violation of this subtitle or a rule adopted under this subtitle by a person.

(b)

At the request of the commission, the attorney general shall initiate and conduct an action in a district court in the state’s name to obtain an injunction under this section.

(c)

If the state prevails in a suit under this section, the attorney general may recover on behalf of the state reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, and reasonable investigative costs incurred in relation to the proceeding.
