Tex. Gov't Code Section 152.103
Administrative Attachment


(a)

The commission is administratively attached to the office.

(b)

Notwithstanding any other law, the office shall:

(1)

provide administrative assistance, services, and materials to the commission, including budget planning and purchasing;

(2)

accept, deposit, and disburse money made available to the commission;

(3)

reimburse the travel expenses and other actual and necessary expenses of commission members incurred in the performance of official commission duties, as provided by the General Appropriations Act; and

(4)

provide the commission with adequate computer equipment and support.
