Tex. Gov't Code Section 152.057
Compensation; Reimbursement


(a)

A commission member may not receive compensation for service on the commission.

(b)

A commission member is entitled to reimbursement for travel expenses and other actual and necessary expenses incurred in performing functions as a commission member, subject to any applicable limitation on reimbursement provided by the General Appropriations Act.
