Refinancing Certain Obligations

(a)

The proceeds of a bond issued under Section 1401.041 (General Obligation Bonds)(a), (b), (c)(1), or (d) may be used to refinance an existing obligation for a purpose described by those subsections.

(b)

The proceeds of a bond issued under Section 1401.041 (General Obligation Bonds)(c)(2) may be used to refinance an existing obligation for a purpose described by that subdivision.
