Amendment or Withdrawal of Application for Carryforward Designation

(a)

An issuer may amend or withdraw an application for a carryforward designation by submitting to the board a notice of the amendment or withdrawal.

(b)

If an application is amended, the application’s place in the order of eligibility for a carryforward designation in a priority classification is determined using the date of the amendment instead of the date of the original application.
