Tex. Gov't Code Section 1232.061
Information on Responsibilities of Board Members and Employees

The executive director of the authority or the executive director’s designee shall provide to members of the board and to authority employees, as often as necessary, information regarding their qualification for office or employment under this chapter and their responsibilities under applicable laws relating to standards of conduct for state officers or employees.
