Tex. Bus. & Com. Code Section 102.002
Prohibition on Certain Activities by Sex Offender in Relation to Business

A sex offender may not:

(1)

wholly or partly own a sexually oriented business; or

(2)

serve as a director, officer, operator, manager, or employee of a sexually oriented business.
