Tex. Health & Safety Code Section 366.0512
Multiple Treatment Systems

A multiple system of treatment devices and disposal facilities may be permitted as an on-site disposal system under this chapter if the system:

(1)

is located on a tract of land of at least 100 acres in size;

(2)

produces not more than 5,000 gallons a day on an annual average basis;

(3)

is used only on a seasonal or intermittent basis; and

(4)

is used only for disposal of sewage produced on the tract of land on which any part of the system is located.
